Class Times
Our classes last one hour. Your coach will handle everything from the warm up and stretching, to the strength work, and WOD (workout of the day). Our members range from every fitness level from beginner to competitive athlete, our coaches accommodate and scale every workout to meet your specific needs. Everything we do is measurable. We use a computer system to log each members results. You can access it from any computer or your smart phone and view every workout you have completed with us. This allows our members to track their progress, because after all progress is what its all about! We also offer open gym twice a week, so if you have something that you want to work on or need to make up a WOD, we have made it convenient for you. Come check us out, your first work out at CrossFit Trophy Club is always FREE!
